"Engraving wasn’t what I asked for"
I ordered a custom engraving and the name came out spelled wrong, even though I’m sure I typed it correctly, well, I double-checked before ordering, so I know it wasn’t on my end. I contacted support, but they just kept asking me to send photos and didn’t really offer a fix. Frustrating experience overall.

"Support took way too long to get back to me"
I emailed support and it took days to hear back, which was already frustrating. Then when they finally replied, it didn’t really answer my question or help much. I had a bit of a “why is this so complicated?” moment because I thought it would be a simple fix.

"Cheap-looking site and frustrating to browse"
I didn’t enjoy using the site. The jewelry photos felt all over the place, some pages were cluttered, and the whole design came off kind of cheap instead of modern. It was hard to browse comfortably. What made it more annoying was seeing things brushed off like it’s just “policy” or the way the site is set up, which felt like an excuse rather than fixing the experience. I ended up leaving quickly.

"I expected a bit more for what I..."
I expected a bit more for what I paid 😕 The jewelry looked really nice in the photos, but once I got it, it felt a little cheap and not as sturdy as I was hoping. Shipping was fine, no real issues there, but overall I just don’t feel like the value is there. I’ve bought cheaper pieces from other places that felt just as good, if not better.

"Shipping delay ruined my plans"
I ordered this weeks ago thinking it would arrive in plenty of time, but I still haven’t gotten a clear delivery update. The tracking has barely moved, and customer support took forever to respond. I actually needed it for plans I had, so the delay totally messed things up. Definitely not ordering from here again.
